In order to get our health span to correspond with our lifespan, food is an essential tool. It is recommended that people consume 5 to 9 servings of vegetables each day. Not all carbs are created equal, and some of them are healthier for us than others. It is important to recognize that nutrition is specific to each person. While some foods are more beneficial to some people, that doesn’t necessarily mean they work for everyone.
