Cabbage is very good for your health and there are ways to make it taste good as well. Originally, cabbage was used as a type of medicine as the broth made from it was used to treat cancer and alleviate diarrhea and ulcers. There are many types of cabbage that are available such as green, red, savoy and Chinese. There are many different ways that you can eat cabbage as well, such as eating it raw within a salad or fermenting it the same way you’d do sauerkraut.
