Avocados possess nutrients that can benefit a person’s long term health. Some of the nutrients found in avocados are antioxidants, fiber, niacin, and vitamin E. Avocados also contain the good kind of monounsaturated fat. It is the only fruit to contain this good fat, which can help protect against heart disease. Another benefit is that they are a good source of potassium. Potassium is good for muscle strength and heart health. Avocados are also a good source of vitamin C, which is good for building collagen in the skin.
