Avocados improve signs of skin ageing in women – Australian Avocados

There is a study that has been done, that shows that the consumption of avocados can help with skin elasticity and skin firmness in women. There were 39 subjects in the study, who ranged in age between twenty-seven and seventy-three. All of them had skin that ranged from fair to light brown. The study went on for eight weeks, with some subjects eating one avocado per day, and others sticking with their usual diets. Then their skin was examined for things such as elasticity, firmness, and hydration.
