Why I am a Pegan – or Paleo-Vegan – and Why You Should Be Too! – Dr. Mark Hyman

If your initial reaction to the diet I am going to describe is that it is just another fad, I don’t think I would be able to blame you. We hear about many different trends and the amount of information can be overwhelming. Being a medical professional means that taking care of my patients is important to me. Keeping them healthy is the primary goal and the food that we eat is an important part of achieving that goal. When we look at the changes in mankind, we should ask ourselves whether the changes in diet is always going in the right direction.
