Vitamin E is a great antioxidant used for many things in our diet and health. Our body does not make it unfortunately, so you will have to find it in supplements or food. Vitamin E that was absorbed through food rather than supplements had a much better effect on the health of the person. Research has shown that supplemental Vitamin E did not lower the risk of diseases. We don’t have much research, but it is believed that it helps with your brain.
