Description

Discover the tropical bliss of our Avocado and Mango Smoothie, where creamy avocado melds seamlessly with sweet, juicy mango. Each sip offers a layered delight of rich, velvety avocado at the base and vibrant mango on top, creating a refreshing and nourishing treat that’s as visually stunning as it is delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 240ml almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6–8 ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a clean blender, place the ripe avocado for the bottom layer.
  • Add half of the almond milk, one tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 3-4 ice cubes on top of the avocado in the blender.
  • Blend this mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. This will create the avocado layer.
  • Carefully pour the avocado mixture into the bottom of the serving glasses, filling them about one-third of the way up.
  • Rinse the blender to remove any remaining avocado mixture.
  • Now, add the diced mangoes to the clean blender for the top layer.
  • Add the remaining half of the almond milk, one more tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste), and the remaining half teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mangoes in the blender.
  • Blend this mango mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Carefully pour the mango smoothie mixture on top of the avocado layer in the serving glasses, filling them nearly to the top.
  • To garnish, you can add a small slice of mango or a mint leaf on top.
