Eat These Foods to Optimize Your Body and Brain with Max Lugavere

Americans have been consistently taught that sodium should not necessarily be a staple in our everyday diets. However, Max Lugavere argues that there are actually many benefits associated with the intake of salt in a moderate manner. Not only that, but Lugavere also suggests humans should not be persuaded to necessarily stay away from saturated fats altogether, and that we should revisit how much emphasis we put on LDL levels. The positive impact of regular exercise on cognitive ability is also one of Lugavere’s key teachings.
