April 11, 2022 By Paul

The keto autoimmune diet will help you burn fat and also lower the amount of inflammation in your body. There are many symptoms that can show you have autoimmunity such as fatigue, a recurring fever or abdominal pain. These can be caused by many different things such as gluten sensitivity or neurological stress. The keto autoimmune diet is high in fat and low in carbs. It typically eliminates specific foods for 6 weeks. The foods eliminated are most common when it comes to food allergies or sensitivites.

Key Takeaways:

  • The keto autoimmune diet last 6 weeks and helps to remove toxic, inflammatory foods from the diet.
  • Foods are replaced with healthy fats as well as vegetables that are low in carbs and low-glycemic fruit.
  • The keto diet helps to decrease inflammation and can also help you lose weight and improve cognitive function.

“By eliminating foods that may be triggering an immune response and giving your body time to heal, autoimmune conditions may improve or even be prevented.”
