Dr. Li explains how food compounds interact with the body’s biology and how doctors can prescribe “farmaceutical” alternatives. We’ll also discuss the importance of our microbiomes. Dr. Li even shares how his mother used a food-based immunotherapy approach to heal from cancer. We further address the issue of how to prevent and treat Covid and the symptoms of long-Covid.

Key Takeaways:

  • Understanding the way our body reacts to and processes the food we consume can actually lead to food therapy overcoming such diseases as cancer.
  • Health goes well beyond just not being sick and leveraging the power of the food we consume can help us lead our best and most healthy lives.

“Health is not just the absence of disease, it’s the presence of optimal function and feeling.”
