Muscle health is very important, and exercise is one of the best things that you can do to protect muscle health. But in modern times, finding the time for exercise can be hard, and the pandemic made it even harder. People say that finding the time to exercise is the single biggest obstacle to maintaining an exercise program. The basic recommendation for exercise is that people should exercise for 150 minutes every day. HIIT is a new exercise program that relies on shorter bursts of vigorous exercise.
