The general basis of the CHIP approach is to promote a lifestyle where participants take in minimal animal products, and maximum plant-based food options. It is ran primarily from volunteers sourced by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, but this shouldn’t deter secular individuals from looking into the successful program. It has been shown that the program’s principals have the ability to result in improved overall health for those who are religious, and those who are non-religious.
