The general basis of the CHIP approach is to promote a lifestyle where participants take in minimal animal products, and maximum plant-based food options. It is ran primarily from volunteers sourced by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, but this shouldn’t deter secular individuals from looking into the successful program.
