What are Food Allergies — And What Can You Do About Them?

Many people suffer from food allergies and it is becoming much more common in America today. Not only in children, but in adults also. We still do not know much about prevention in some foods, but we have come a long way and we know of various way to stay safe. Food allergies happen due to a response from your immune system due to a specific proteins in the food. Many things do this, so to qualify, it must be safe for the general population and only harmful to a small percentage.
