Using the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) in a Coaching context

There are a few different things that you can do with the mindful attention awareness scale if you are using it in a coaching context. You are able to use this scale once you give a client the assessment which features 15 different questions and they are answering on a scale of 1-6. This can help understand how much a person has the ability to pay attention and helps them become more self aware. This knowledge then can help them reduce stress and negative emotions.
