Metabolic health is something that is constantly changing throughout our life. During puberty, it actually has an impact when insulin levels become more resistant. If your metabolism is a little wonky during your reproductive years, women may start getting irregular periods. When you’re pregnant it is going to be very different considering that you are bearing a child. When you get older, your metabolic health may start to slow down ,but there are things that you can do to get that in order.
