The Best Fitness Tools & Apparel to Level Up Your Fitness

The Best Fitness Tools & Apparel to Level Up Your Fitness

October 5, 2022 By Paul

The trend toward “smart” products has extended to fitness tools and apparel that allow a personalized approach to working out. Peloton bikes and treadmills are examples of smart exercise equipment. They each include a touchscreen and can support customized workouts. Hydrow is similar to Peloton, but is a rowing machine. A smart mirror, called the Mirror, can be used for strength training, yoga and other exercises. Tonal is a smart product similar to the Mirror, but it adds adjustable arms. Smart wearables include the Oura ring and Garmin smartwatch, both of which track health metrics such as heart rate. There is also smart apparel, including the Ambiotex and Hexoskin shirts and the OMsignal bra. These items contain sensors that can track movement and various metrics.

Key Takeaways:

  • The Peloton bike is a great option for those who would like to keep track of metrics such as their heart rate and cadence while they workout.
  • Those who embark on an exercise journey with the Hydrow can also enjoy entertainment on the 22-inch touchscreen it comes equipped with.
  • For those looking to track accurate distances, the Garmin smartwatch is proven to be highly successful in its measurements.
