Teens who eat avocados have higher quality diets – Australian Avocados

According to some research, teens eating avocados was connected with a higher quality diet, but it was not connected with body composition. Those that ate avocados were shown to also have an intake of fruits and vegetables. But there was no connection between the avocado consumption, and BMI score. Creating good eating habits is important in the teen years, because it’s a time they can fall into more risky nutritional behavior. But eating avocados can put them on the right path.
