The problem with this disease is that it can attack so many different organs and parts of our body, that it feels like it is impossible to defend against it. However, we can definitely make it more difficult for cancer to penetrate our health defensive mechanism. The approach to this needs to be across different dimension, such as diet, exercising and lifestyle that is healthy in its core. Regardless of whether you personally get ill, it is very unlikely that you will never be impacted by cancer.
