People have all different reasons why they like to exercise. While it’s normally seen as good for physical health, exercise has an emotional component as well. This is especially true when trying to combat stress. Americans have stress levels that are 20% higher than for other people around the world. And even the stress levels within America have gone up in recent years. With the continuing pandemic, stress levels are remaining elevated. Studies are being done to look into those stress levels.
