Avocados are green superfoods that not only have important health benefits when eaten, but they also aid in giving you supple, glowing skin. These fruits are full of antioxidants, healthy fats, and vitamins that are beneficial to you in multiple ways. If you want glowing skin, then you need antioxidants and avocado has an abundance of these. This fruit contains Vitamin C, which aids in fighting inflammation and helps in preventing acne. Additionally, it helps promote and prevent collagen and elastin breakdown so the skin stays taut and firm. Furthermore, avocados are rich in a B vitamin called Biotin, which helps keep the skin, nails, and hair healthy.
