When it comes to the food and water that you consume, you have to understand what you eat has an effect on your body but also the planet as well. Our planet is made up of mostly water and the largest consumer of water is agriculture. We also have issues with groundwater has more than 2.5 billion people rely on their water like that. Finally, groundwater depletion can lower the water table and also could lead to contaminants in the water.
