Many people who are serious about their workout routines have been told that there should a period where your body needs to cool in a controlled way. We have also seen that many athletes apply similar strategies after intense game or training. However, there are some experts who question the need for such activities. Several years ago, a study that explored these benefits was published. The researchers conducting the study claim that science does not support many of these health necessity myths.
