Hey guys welcome back to my channel in today’s video I’m gonna show you how to make a delicious chocolate avocado pudding.
It’s one of my favorite desserts because it’s extremely easy to make it’s naturally dairy-free and it’s ultra creamy thanks to the avocados and for those that may be wondering no it doesn’t taste like avocado so let’s dive in
You’ll start with two large avocados and I like to chill my avocados overnight so that once the pudding is done it’s nice and cold and ready to be served
Slice the avocados in half remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a food processor
- 1/3 cup of cacao powder
- 1/2 a cup of full fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup and
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Then turn your food processor on high and blend it up making sure to scrape down the sides half way through
I’m topping my pudding today with hazelnuts and sea salt which is perfect for the season but you could also top it with mixed berries or some coconut whipped cream
and coconut whipped cream was actually the very first video on this channel

Coconut Whipped Cream Recipe
Hey everybody in today’s healthy basics video I’m gonna show you how to make coconut whipped cream which is a great dairy-free whipped cream and perfect for those who may be following a vegan or paleo lifestyle.
I’m also going to share with you a few tips that will help to ensure your coconut cream comes out perfect every time so let’s dive in.
The key to coconut whipped cream is having everything chilled. That means your can of coconut milk needs to be chilled in the refrigerator for one to two days and your bowl should be chilled for at least 30 minutes before making.
I gently tipped the can before opening to make sure the coconut cream is firmed up if you hear any liquid sloshing around your can isn’t ready.
With a properly chilled can of full fat coconut milk the cream and water will separate with the cream raising to the top open the can and scoop out the cream into a bowl.
Pour the remaining water into a storage container and use it in your next smoothie then blend the coconut cream for about a minute until it’s light and fluffy
Add one tablespoon of your favorite sweetener to the coconut cream. I’m using honey but you can also use maple syrup or finely ground coconut sugar or cane sugar.
Then add one teaspoon of vanilla extract and blend until mixed.
That’s it you now have coconut whipped cream remember that coconut whipped cream doesn’t hold up too well in heat so use it right away or place it back in the refrigerator
It’ll stay good for about a week in a sealed container in the fridge.
Coconut cream is delicious on fresh berries cassava crepes or on my molten chocolate cake. I’ll link those recipes below
