Right now, there are over fifty four million Americans that are over the age of sixty five. And it is recommended that they get exercise every week, that’s either moderate or vigorous intensity. Beyond that, it is recommended that they exercise they do be a combination of resistance training, balance training, and cardio. And for those that aren’t in good enough health to do the recommended 150 minutes a week, they should still do whatever they’re able to do.
