Foods You Can’t Eat on Paleo Diet | Avail Clinical News

The paleo diet is really as simple as eating like our Paleolithic ancestors. Simply stated, avoid processed foods and preservatives and eat like a caveman. Specifically, avoid refined sugars, dairy, and grains. Meat, poultry, fish, most vegetables, and some fruits (excluding bananas and melons) are allowed. Avoid peanuts and peanut butter. Stick with leafy greens and avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes and corn. Simply put, the paleo diet is natural and preservative-free. No grains, no dairy, and no high-sugar foods.
