This kind of exercise should be combined with other fitness activities like aerobics. When it comes to this training, it is crucial to determine your goals before you start training, because your body can and will adapt to training type. Additionally, based on the goals you set for yourself, your routine and repetitions need to be selected appropriately. Otherwise, the results may be unexpected and not quite what you wanted for yourself.
