The glymphatic system has a few different functions but the main one is simply to be a cleaner of the brain. This will allow the brain to function at it’s highest level as the system will remove the toxins and waste that can damage our brain. When our glymphatic system isn’t in optimal shape, we can see brain decline and aging of the brain. There are some different strategies that we can use in order to improve our glymphatic flow which will help boost our overall brain health.
