Are You Living In Alignment With The Seasons?

Many of us feel burned out because we are not aligning our energy with nature. During winter, it is time to slow down, rest and restore, and to eat earth vegetables, soup, and ginger and garlic dug up during the fall. In spring, we should shake off the stillness and spend more time outside. Consume fresh dandelion greens and similar herbs. Summer brings longer days and more time for both work and pleasure. Burn bright, but don’t burn out. In the fall, nature is signaling us to slow down. It is time to harvest the fruits of our labor, and a time for pickling and jam making.
