It’s important while you maintain overall health, that you also maintain your brains health. There are certain things you can do to promote a healthy brain long into the future. Some things you can try is taking antioxidants as a healthy all natural approach. Blueberries, for example, are rich in antioxidants as is many other fruits and vegetables. You may also exercise both your body and your mind. Things like aerobics are an excellent way to keep you overall healthy. For something else a bit more engaging, may I suggest doing things like crossword puzzles, playing games, learning a language, learning in general, or doing a jigsaw puzzle. The more you engage your brain in activies the better off you will be in the long run, and you can have fun while doing so. Its a win win!
